How to Live Large on a Little and Save Face

My mom and sister are housewives so that's why they did eXtenDed FaMilY. But maybe I can teach them how to have their own value with this post. Honestly, though dollar tree spell a man in your life. Stop with Santeria and do the manifestation spells of our ancestors. You're sinning to get what you want. 

If you have an income, try the steps I wrote about in the last two blogs about accounts and getting your own place. Bills then needs until you save enough for debts and wants. If you're not eating, you're not living large. 

Saving face is a lot more than just Asians. Everyone does it these days. It's a nightmare to keep up with Jones'. Here are some tips and tricks to save face without breaking the bank.

1. Use SHEIN for clothes and shoes

It's warehouse discount price shoes and clothes that are much nicer than Walmart or Target, and so much cheaper. Easily replaced too. I got a capsule wardrobe worth of discounted clothes and some free clothes that keep me looking nice. That means hold out about $50-$100 for clothes and shoes with needs, because they are needs. And if your plus size or tall they got you covered on SHEIN.

2. Do Your Manifestation, just mostly through Scripting

If you get a notebook and script in detail what you want it's like a tabula rosa. It even says in Habbakuk 2:2-3 to do it, for the Christians. Not just exactly what you want, but how much it costs. That way it's doable. You can tweak it as much as you want. I did it in crayon in the mental hospital and have money saved.

3. Furniture is Tricky, but Very Doable

I'm talking curb alerts, thrift stores, and buying on Amazon. You can get Amazon furniture for cheap that will last a lifetime. Curb alerts are restricted to just got a new thing. Start with your bed and go through the bedroom and bathroom, then the living room, and kitchen. Kitchens should be furnished by Walmart with Mainstays and Amazon for a table and chairs, but no one is going to look at you different for having thrifted stuff. People make style out of the thrift store, there's even a song about it. Thanks Macklemore.

4. Make Unique Gifts

They have all kinds of ideas on pinterest and most of them you can go get in your yard. They have secondhand craft shops like the one we have in Springfield IL and you can gather materials and utensils that way. Make you a board and make it private to surprise them. Thrift stores usually have a lot of clothes and knick knacks so places like the secondhand craft store are necessary. If you can't make buy a gift card from dollar tree that you can fill with whatever amount you want.

How to find Housing - Sangamon County Edition

There are case managers at homeless shelters who can help you find housing at a meeting. There are other ways though and I'm here to cover them. First, the local library has a case manger for a few hours a day that helps with many things if you stay at the mission. She has helped people gather identification as well as find subsidized housing. Second, your insurance if you have medicare helps with food, housing, and needs. They have a courtesy call that I need to answer soon. But this is another way. You can go to Urban League or Public Housing Authority and get a list of services. PHA helps you get on section 8, now housing choice voucher, when they are open for enrollment. If you have a drug problem, there is family guidance center that will help you with a residential program. You have to be a drug user getting off the sauce, however. How to Handle a Period Homeless

This post contains affiliate links.  There are a few ways to handle the homeless period. If you have an address at a homeless shelter you can order thinx . They are freebleeder underwear. They are pretty absorbent if you get a good enough brand.  If you need to some shelters offer feminine products. They just kind of make you share the box. Mine just had party bags of an assortment of products. It's not impossible. If you have an income you can buy them, but it's more efficient to just buy the freebleeder underwear. If you don't get a hold of some black sweatpants from a free clothing pantry and freebleed in them. I have done it and gone through it.  Don't be ashamed that you have desperate times and always remember to give it to God and act on what you can.
